1c. butter
1 1/4c. sugar
2 flax eggs*

2 3/4c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tatar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

3 TBS. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

*2 TBS. ground flax and 6 TBS. warm water beaten with fork.

mix butter, sugar, and flax eggs. add to flour mixture. roll into balls and cover with sugar cinnamon mixture. place on oiled pan.

bake @ 400 for eight minutes.
